If your printer stops printing, there could be many reason for it. It could be that the ink is not compatible. Or maybe you weren't using your printer for a while and then your Windows update messed things up. Here are some different options to try: 1. Make sure you have an updated driver. 2. Open the cartridge and remove the inks. Try spraying alcohol inside the tray and wiping it with a clean napkin. 3. Try to reseting your printer settings. 4. Power off the printer.
